Interesting and Useful facts about vannamei - Molting and New moon relation.

          Today we will see about some useful and interesting tips about vannamei. 


1. Nucleotide supplementation:
          Supplementation of nucleotides with feed gives good results on immunity. The shrimp immune system get boosted. These nucleotides are used to form structures. The nucleotides extracted from yeast cells are widely used in culture. It mainly helps to increase the immune response of the host. It fulfill the demands of nucleotides in the host. If a shrimp affected by any bacteria or virus, at that time it takes minimal time for an better immune response. 

2. Lymphoid organ of vannamei. 
           Lymphoid organ is an very important organ in vannamei. It majorly acting against foreign particles that enters into the body of the host. Bactericidal, phagocytosis are the major functions. Also functions against virus. 
           Shrimp forms various Spheroid cells with vacuolated structure. But these formed spheroid cells are eliminated from the shrimp body at certain intervals. When the foreign particles or virus enters into the body then it starts to form these type of cells.
          Some of the researches told, shrimp get eliminate this cells during molting time. But the exact answer is still unknown. 


3. Molting and New moon relation. 
          It is very interesting thing to read... 
😃 Really?. 
      ..... Yes😇. 
         Still there is doubt about molting in shrimp. Why shrimp gets molted during full moon, new moon time. What happens to that time? 
         Whatever shrimp have different sizes, we can observe the molting at full moon and new moon. ( at least 40-50% of the population get molted). 

Why it happens? 
           The true answer is still unknown.. But some of the relation between water and gravitational force give some idea about that. 
     Full moon , New moon produces highest high tides and lowest low tides.

           We all heard more myths about full moon and new moon times. Researches told there is an relation between lunar cycle and humans. During full moon and new moon, humans activity, mindset got changes and not stable. 
             Researches told, more babies born near to full moon and new moon days. How it happens? It happens only by gravitational force? Yes, it may be. 
           Shrimp needs dark place, shrimp needs hidden place for molting. The light intensity plays major role in molting and behaviour of the shrimp.  "Gravitational force" is the most of the persons choice.

         Researches find more speroid cells found before molting and immediately the speroid cells in lymphoid organ decreases after molting. 
       It denotes shrimp gets eliminate these type of cells after molting and also indicates chance for pathogen entry and foreign particles entry is high during those periods.

Hello everyone:      Are you know which is shrimp favourite food in zooplanktons? Yes, it is copepods. Shrimp eats more copepods which is present in the pond.       In last blog, I told about the reactions and preparation of fermented juice using organic substrates.
